The whole crew is awesome! Im a newbie in the washing industry and brought my old junky trailer setup in to see if they could get it up and running (just a motor and water tank), Richard walked me through what needed to be done and explained everything in detail so I could understand, Jason worked his magic and plumbed it, attached a pump, hooked everything up and showed me how to operate it all! It is unfortunate that their staff refuses to do warranty work. The front desk lady acts as if she is a mechanic but she obviously isn't. We have to go directly to the manufacturer to get anything done. If you have a choice, DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS. We have had to go pickup our machine a 2nd time now because they don't want to do warranty work. Machine sat at their location for 3 weeks and still not resolved.
