First, let me state that this is not a fake review. My complaint submitted to Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs, and the lawsuit I filed against Joel Nuss & Royce Custom Homes will prove this fact. Horrible customer service. Refused to finish the job. Job completion date means nothing to him. Joel Nuss is a very disrespectful person. He will speak down on you and insult you.
