Terrible Terrible Terrible.. purchased a 2013 f150 from Royce and even though it was purchased “As Is” Royce specifically made it seem like if I had any issues to bring the car back. Not even 2 weeks into ownership the truck left me stranded with both my kids on the side of the highway. All my Transmission fluid had leaked with nothing but white smoke coming out the exhaust. I very much appreciated the lack of pushiness from the dealers, the response times were quick and the people were helpful in answering questions. However to be honest I didn’t get far in the process. The cars were dirty inside and it just didn’t give a great look to car shoppers who do visit other dealerships the same day and saw how much effort other places put into their cars and making sure they are quality enough to drive.
