Absolutely terrible service, do not use this “company”. They charged me to come to my house and say there was nothing wrong with my pool cover. I paid their bill but they were saying I never paid. When I called back to request service, they refused to come. These people are criminals and will steal your money. Don’t trust them! I will be reporting to BBB.
They do NOT respond to phone calls or emails. UNREAL.

Great company overall. Everything was very professional and the new covers are perfect and I haven't had a problem with them in the 4 years of having them so far.
This family owned and operated company is very reasonable & reliable. My new pool cover is better than the original! The installation was quick and flawless. Although I hope I'll never need another pool cover, I would not hesitate to call Roybal again! Thanks!
