Fair quote for a new pool cover. Very friendly and responsive.
This company does good work overall, but I’ve had two concerning experiences, so I recommend getting a second opinion on any repairs they suggest. First, they quoted me $156 for a new antenna for my remote pool-cover switch, saying a severed wire was too small to repair. I was able to fix it myself without difficulty. Next, I ended up spending $2,500 on work that ultimately wasn’t necessary. I had a bent bracket that had come loose from a previous owner’s repair. Purchased a pool cover few years back and have had ongoing issues with pins breaking. Roybal stopped coming out to resolve, or continue to fix. Turns out problem appears to be a bad install.
