This company does good work overall, but I’ve had two concerning experiences, so I recommend getting a second opinion on any repairs they suggest. First, they quoted me $156 for a new antenna for my remote pool-cover switch, saying a severed wire was too small to repair. I was able to fix it myself without difficulty. Purchased a pool cover few years back and have had ongoing issues with pins breaking. Roybal stopped coming out to resolve, or continue to fix. Turns out problem appears to be a bad install.
Replaced our pool cover promptly and efficiently. The workmanship was carefully done by people who clearly know what they are doing. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to be certain everything is working in tip-top shape was very much appreciated. Good people - Good company.
