Purchased a pool cover few years back and have had ongoing issues with pins breaking. Roybal stopped coming out to resolve, or continue to fix. Turns out problem appears to be a bad install.
Replaced our pool cover promptly and efficiently. The workmanship was carefully done by people who clearly know what they are doing.
