Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond! Someone ran into the front driver’s side of my Ford Transit van and drove off without leaving a note, so I was left with the mess and already feeling pretty upset about the situation. Thankfully, I took it to Royans Sandgate/ Newcastle , and they couldn’t have been better. Absolutely pathetic bunch of greedy so and so's, wouldn't give a firm price instead, gave an hourly rate and said as long as it takes. So they want you to leave an open cheque with them basically, talk about scammers
After spending six weeks trying to obtain a quote from another company we were amazed when Craig from Royans Newcastle had the quote to the insurance company same day. Not only that but we were able to book the repair in and have the repairs completed within a week. Well done to Craig and the team. We will be recommending Royans to the travelling community.
