If I could give zero stars I would! My Son looks absolutely stupid and his graduation and pictures are tomorrow. We left Royalz and are currently on our way to another salon to fix what the woman at Royalz did to my Sons hair! I will share the inspo photo and the before after. I have 4 Sons and I have never seen anyone do such an awful job with such a nasty look on her face at the same time!!!!! I had to walk out without even speaking to her because I would have been so mean!
I’ve been going to Sarah to get my haircut for about a year, and she has never disappointed me. Whenever I get a fresh cut I always get tons of compliments on how good it looks. Sarah knows how to consistently deliver a great haircut and great customer service. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming, so if you’re looking for a good haircut experience check out Royalz.
I went in for one haircut vastly changing my hairstyle from what it was before. It was an unpleasant experience, there were only 2 hairdressers in when I went in on a random weekday morning. Lady doing my cut was inattentive, dismissive, and far more interested in complaining to (and about) her coworker. Strictly speaking, the cut wasn't that bad, and the price was 30 bucks + tip, exactly what you expect to pay for a haircut anywhere, but I feel like it could have been better in every single area except price and location. Great place my husband got his haircut here. They are very quick and detailed, Specifically Sarah did his hair. Will come again!
