Merry Korn I ordered roses for a friend of mine that was in the hospital. I did not realize that a vase came with the flowers. The owner of Royalty Roses personally went to her hospital room and cut the flowers to fit the vase he brought. She said of all the flowers she received, none of them lasted nearly as long. I give this a five star rating

As an update: The owner was very professional and reached out to us we discussed the incident and he was very quick in his reponse and correcting the issue. It was late but they sent us a whole another arrangement similar to the one ordered. We will be ordering through them sirectly next timem thanks you. My husband is a nurse who works all day mothers day. So he decides to order me flowers online and have then delivered . They were quick and sending me photos of what they offered and quick to put it together and deliver within an hour or so of requesting it great service
