As an update: The owner was very professional and reached out to us we discussed the incident and he was very quick in his reponse and correcting the issue. It was late but they sent us a whole another arrangement similar to the one ordered. We will be ordering through them sirectly next timem thanks you. My husband is a nurse who works all day mothers day. So he decides to order me flowers online and have then delivered .
