Royalty Roofing offers excellent service from the initial contact to the follow up after completion of the job. They answered the phone on my first call and set up an appointment in a couple days. My project manager was T J Gray. He was on time and prepared an estimate before he left. He was accurate in project start date. He responded promptly to my questions and helped me resolve a payment issue and followed up afterward. Excellent company.
