They really do their best to work with you. Good business.
Wouldn’t let my dog rent from them. Very unprofessional and bias with no car selection!!! As an AA we try to support others but this company has no idea what professionalism is. They charge $70 a day for cars with failed inspections, broken headlight/taillights, bad smells , check engine lights on he is honestly taking advantage of people. I'm not sure if these other reviews are friends of the owner or paid but this is a terrible car rental company. The co-owner Jamel is very unprofessional. The first car I was placed in had a slipping transmission, dirty burnt up carpets and very dirty windows and seats. I was placed into another car that the tires were SUPER BALD front and back, driver's strut was bad and tire rod!!
