Called Irvin about a leaking pressure regulator outside of our home. He explained everything clearly, offered a competitive price and was there on time the next morning and fixed everything quickly. Excellent service!
Today I reached out to Irvin at Royalty Plumbing for the 3rd time. The first two times were emergencies. The joys of owning a 50yr old home. This time it was a mere clogged kitchen sink drain but he fixed it the same day with his usual responsiveness & professionalism. Thanks Irvin!
Excellent response time, polite, professional and most important Irvin & Anthony did a great job! Very clean removal & install of our water heater.
I called Royalty randomly online. Had a Crack in my toilet tank. Came over and checked it out, ordered a new tank and installed it right after getting it. All for what I felt was an incredibly inexpensive price! Kept in touch the whole time. Amazing. I will never call anyone else for plumbing ever again.
