I recently had a really disappointing experience at this nail shop. All of the employees admited to being sick, and quite a few left early, yet they still serviced a children's party. When I arrived at 6:20, even though they closed at 8:00, they refused to service me. The staff was rude, and it left a really bad impression. I definitely won’t be coming back!
I brought my 4 year old daughter for her birthday to get a princess manicure and she was truly treated like royalty! The hours on Google stated they closed at 8pm on Sunday but when I got there at 5:30pm I found out they were only open till 6pm. But despite this, they were gracious enough to take us quickly. They made my daughter feel so comfortable, brought a beautiful crown and ring then gave her a glass of sparkling apple cider. The girl said nail polish without gel is 15 dollars. After may nails was done the boss charged me 35 dollars which was not fair at all. I will never go there again.
Second time here today getting a gel mani, Jaylin is great!! she’s so sweet and attentive. i love it
