I hired Royalty Wash and Wax for an odor issue from vomit. The first appointment he was on time and courteous. After the treatment there was still a significant smell, so I booked a second appointment- for that he was a no call/no show. I re-booked that appointment, and after giving a heads up he was running late from another job, he never showed up or called, and did not respond to my text to see if he was still coming.
Um zero starts if I could….. Never showed up. I initial booked for a car wash b/c I broke my leg and can’t wash my own car at the moment. I booked an appointment for today for a 10AM, granted the website does says “Please anticipate an arrival window of 1-2 hours from your booked appointment time.” That should’ve been warning one because why am I booking an appointment and you can’t be on time? Today is the first time I had someone come to my house to detail my car. I live on a dirt road, so between the dirt and the stuff that comes from the trees, my car was filthy.
