Um zero starts if I could….. Never showed up. I initial booked for a car wash b/c I broke my leg and can’t wash my own car at the moment. I booked an appointment for today for a 10AM, granted the website does says “Please anticipate an arrival window of 1-2 hours from your booked appointment time.” That should’ve been warning one because why am I booking an appointment and you can’t be on time? Today is the first time I had someone come to my house to detail my car. I live on a dirt road, so between the dirt and the stuff that comes from the trees, my car was filthy. My car looks better than when I bought it! Justin did a great job removing "something" that I drove through a couple of days ago that had dried on and could not be removed with just washing. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them again for other vehicles!
