We have been trying to contact you since May 24. You haven't been answering our calls or responding to our messages regarding a vehicle we delivered. The check was supposed to be issued within two days, but we still haven't received the payment. We are leaving this rating because maybe this way you'll finally respond to us. We are very dissatisfied, as we still have not been paid.

We absolutely do not recommend the transport company Royalty Logistics. They breach contracts, lie about money, and run scams; afterwards, they don't answer calls or emails—let alone make payments. We have been waiting over two months for payment for a service we performed; they won't pay and are hiding. It is a scam!

They haven't paid the $2,000 shipping fee. And they're not answering their phones.

We are the transportation company booked by this broker. Delivered the vehicle per agreed terms and three months later we still did not receive a payment for transportation. No luck getting a hold of accounting via email or phone. Don’t use this company to transport your vehicle or as a broker.

Stay away from this company!!! They are not paying their transporters and do not have an accounting department. We have just opened a bond against them to try and collect our payment.
