Not very professional I would never recommend it
These guys are not only professional but we found everyone we worked with to be extremely sweet and kind-hearted. About a month before our wedding we found out that the plans we had for transportation had fallen through. In a bit of a panic we contacted Royalty and had an appointment to visit their office/showroom within three days. On our visit we were shown a lovely Cadillac DTS limo and told about their Bentley (which was off the premises).
