Have been trying to get in contact with this company for several days via email and phone (all their mailboxes are full apparently). Financed a car through them that was totaled and paid off via GAP insurance but they still hit my credit for a few months worth of “missed” payments after everything was supposedly settled. Had a great experience otherwise, rates were very reasonable, but trying to get in contact with them about this has been like pulling teeth.
Been with them for about 5 years. They are good people. Help with finding you a decent vehicle with affordable payments.
