I have been with Royalty for 3 months everyone has been great except for LESLIE. Today was my second encounter with her she was very disrespectful very rude she did not try to work with me to fix the issue. She even hung the phone up on me saying that I was rude which I was not I have never had a issue with anyone there until I started speaking with her. The first encounter with her she was rude.
