I have used both the service and technical advise offered by the techs at this business and have a washer, dryer, and fridge. in great working condition to prove it. I recommend this business to anyone looking for qualified professional technicians and great customer service.Excellent !
Very poor service. They had to come back several times to try to fix my appliance. I finally called J&D Appliance. They fixed it in one trip.Seems royalty is not very knowledgable, they had to keep calling someone while they were here.
I like the customer service and the repair man David Gilliland.He always knows whats wrong with my appliances.Mr.Gilliland always has a smile in his face and a spring in his hop.I have no dislikes in this great new company.I hope that they prosper and if I have anything else that I need fixed I hope they will come again.Mr.Gillilands boss should be very proud to have the hardest,and best trained man in this business.Never let him go,or Ill have to take him for myself.
