I LOVE this brand, and I am positive I have spent over 1,000 dollars maybe close to 2,000. Unfortunately customer service, forgive me for my language.. sucks. They don't get back to you, if they do 4/5 times they are not nice. They list items on their website and it's ALWAYS out of stock. I think it's rare if I order and they actually give me what I asked for.
