Called and got a call back from a roofing pro pretty fast! He worked with my schedule and was out in a couple days. He looked over everything, he was very polite, and I was so impressed that he did not try to price hike or sell me something I didn’t need. Showed up promptly for our appointment, too! This is a 2 star company at best! Poor communication. Poor customer service. Lack of roofing knowledge. STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!! Had to call 5 times to get an estimate. Gave specific details and description of what was needed.. Then the kid doing the estimate doesn’t know what he is estimating.
