Royalty "cleaned" our house right before christmas, and all the cleaner did was wipe down the counters. I called immediately, in accordance with their terms of service, and was met with automated messages. When they were not able to provide a reclean on the same day, I asked for a refund. Amber continues to call me and contradict me, and tell me that she has a terms of service, and according to that, she doesn't owe me a refund.
