I booked an appointment here a month ago for the 15th. I got a text today (14th) saying that she was “unavailable this weekend and could fit me in Monday” 24h before my appointment. It’s hard to find last minute lash appointments, especially on the weekend. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional it was to cancel so close to my appointment. My mother in law had a negative experience here as well. I would book somewhere with someone more mature and who values their customers time.
I had my lashes done by Karlyn about a week ago. They look absolutely amazing, and I’m definitely going back. She was super professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. She was constantly making sure I was comfortable and having a good time. She has no problem talking to you like you’re best friends. She went out of her way to squeeze me in between clients because I made a mistake when booking the wrong date. She accommodated and I’m super thankful for that. I definitely definitely recommend ☺️
