My only body shop in LA – Since 1992, Royalty has been my only body shop in greater Los Angeles. Highly recommended – Recommend to all who want a quality repair at a fair price. Customer service was outstanding. They take the time to answer questions and explain the repair process. They have worked on our Honda, Toyota and BMW for the past 15 years (we were originally referred to them by the Honda and Toyota dealers). We have always been pleased with the professionalism and personal attention. They took care of all the details on our insurance claim and kept costs under control without compromising the repair.

The best experience a body shop can bring! – If it is any testament to my satisfaction, I have created membership here just to write this review on Royalty's behalf. First of all, the estimate I obtained here was cheaper than that obtained at another recommended shop and new parts were used instead of the other's "reconditioning." Overpriced, and you'll always get your car back much later than originally said – I don't recommend this place at all. I went there twice and the first time they gave me back my car a week later than originally said. And the second time, they gave me back my car three weeks later than promised. They don't communicate this information to you at all. And when you do call them expecting your car the next day. They tell you it won't be ready for another week. No reason why, no sorry, nothing. And they are extremely high in price... read more
