They are amazing. Communication spot on. Inspection completely amazing, and then I get into my car to a beautiful red rose. Jim is the best. Very personable. Can’t not say enough at how awesome these people are!!!!
Came in to get an oil leak resolved. They were very thorough and honest. (I had gone elsewhere in my travels and was told it was the oil cooler to be replaced) After they diagnosed it, they saw it was just 4 gaskets that the oil cooler was good. They did an excellent job. Also the free car wash and vacuum inside was a nice surprise and the detail of the rose was thoughtful... gave me brownie points with the girlfriend. Thanks Jim for everything and for the RV park tip.
Definitely found a Car Repair and Service with Job Integrity, Pride in Workmanship and attention to detail. Detailed Diagnosis with a full Report and Pictures. PRICELESS. And yet reasonable prices. Thank You Royalty Auto Service David R.
I hope I can own my own shop like Sherwood does one day!!
If i could give more stars, I would! I had just got off work, on the way home, when a light popped up on my car and it just wouldn't go anymore. Pulled over, had it towed to Royality around 430ish, they close at 6. These sweet people diagnosed my cars problem and stayed late/after hours to get it fixed so I wasn't without my car and miss work. Thank you guys so so much!
