Super easy to get my windshield replaced through Royalty. They screen calls using an automated system that is actually helpful to determine if your vehicle can be serviced. I was able to follow up with a tech via text message and set the replacement up. They did have to order the glass and come back a few days later but there was clear and quick communication so that it was not even an issue. The tech was respectful and worked quickly. This guy is awesome! Replaced the entire front windshield, added a tint bar, and included a mini detail car cleaning! Could not have asked for a better bargain, on top of exceptionally friendly and professional service. All done in an hour and a half, super impressive! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Would have had a 3 hour wait at a shop, and he came to me!)
They saved me today! We just replaced our Tesla windshield and received yet another rock chip as Teslas are magnets for them. They came out right away and told me that it was just a surface chip and nothing needed to done. Really appreciate their prompt response and honesty! Keeping their card in my car as I’m sure I’ll be needing them again.
I was so discouraged when I broke my window, and struggled through leaving voice mails, answering services, phone trees, and not getting responses to my inquiries with several other glass companies.
