RoyalScape does landscaping for Averelle at North Hills in Raleigh NC and I want to leave this review about their services. Me and my husband, when we lived there, had to report one of their workers that was looking through people's cars. That worker no longer works with them, thankfully. Another thing that doesn't set well with me is that Averelle isn't a big complex what so ever, but their was a month last year where it would take them DAYS to finish landscaping there! The crew does a great job on our property. 10/10 customer service
This company works on Parkland Commons Apartments and are the worst landscaping company I have seen ever! The workers hang around, are on cell phones while working, and throw trash around the parking lots. They come out when it rains and blow grass and leaves on your cars and patios. They rush their jobs and results are very mediocre. The manager of parkland commons should be ashamed of hiring such a company!
