Very frustrating experience. I’ve had multiple issues with this barber shop being unorganized and disrespectful of customers’ time. Even when I arrive for a scheduled appointment, I’m often left waiting a long time for a haircut. On one occasion, I showed up for my appointment only to be told it was “tomorrow,” even though I know it was booked for that day. This place has messed up our scheduled appts twice! Once we had it scheduled weeks in advance show up, wait over 30 minutes to find out they don’t have us on the schedule. Ridiculous especially since we drive an hour to get there. Another time they called me when I was in route to tell me the cancellation they had didn’t mean to cancel and they could no longer see me.
