I haven't received a receipt via email. I'm unable to properly track my package. I've tried contacting them via chat and I can't because I don't have a tracking number. I tried sending an email on IG and haven't heard anything back as of yet. I tried logging into my account and can't because it gives me an error message. Even when I tried resetting my password. I know the money came out of my account because it shows on my statement.
Great products!! They have a variation of soap, body oil, feminine wash & body butter and lotions. Love them!!
