Absolutely horrifying experience! My worst nightmare come true!
Terrible Builder, multiple issues with brickwork, roof, insulation, drywall. Builder had 100 excuses, only started scrambling when Tarion conciliation date approached. Payout from Tarion because I wanted the insulation done correctly from my own contractor. Upgraded roof synthetic underlayment not installed, didn't notice until 14 months in. Builder refused to rectify the issue. Stay away.
