I called this salon the day before and spoke directly with an employee who confirmed my 4:00 PM appointment. When I arrived on time, the stylist was confused, had no record of my appointment at all, and told me I would have to wait until she finished her client’s braids. It looked like she was no where near being done, and she didn't give me an estimated wait time, so I had to leave. This was a major inconvenience and a waste of time for me. The level of unprofessional behavior it’s mind blowing. Btw I had drove 30 mins.
