My first visit was amazing great experience, excellent customer service, and my hair was braided perfectly. However, my second visit was disappointing. I called to confirm a 12 PM appointment, arrived at 12:10, and the stylist wasn’t there. The staff said they weren’t aware of my appointment, and I couldn’t reach her by phone. I ended up going to FiFi Hair Salon in Colombia pike, where they accommodated me within 15 minutes. I’m open to updating this review if I receive clarification on what happened.

They move extremely fast with braiding. I thought it was gonna take me two hours but it took 45-60 minutes to get my cornrows done. Amazing work.
