Extremely disappointing Poor workmanship Wrong parts Poor shipping preparation Lack of communication. Boiler does make hot water though.
I was told 3 weeks when i made down payment on boiler ,we waited over a year for our boiler, with no contact from the company. I had to reach out several times to find when someone did answer I got a rude response or told I'd get a call back and never heard back. Finally 13 months after my order I got a call. Your unit is almost ready I'll call you tomorrow to assure its ready for pick up.
