I have been living in this building for about six years, and unfortunately, the cleanliness has noticeably declined over the past two years. The laundry room, in particular, has become a major concern. It is often not kept clean or properly maintained, which is very disappointing for residents who use these shared facilities regularly. I really hope building management takes this issue more seriously and improves the cleaning and maintenance standards, especially in the laundry area.
