RecommendedThis apartment complex is well kept up with and communicate consistently with the people. For the pricing you get well worth your space and accommodations. The environment is very relaxed and feels safe. Overall it's a wonderful place to live for singles/ families.
I love living at Royale Orleans
I had a wonderful stay in here for 3 years. 2015, I didn’t know anybody and the staffs welcomed me like they’d known me well. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and I felt safe all the time. I would recommend it. Kudos to Luis for making it a better place and to TJ for the job well done.
The grounds are nice. The maintenance man TJ is incredibly efficient and very polite. The manager Luis is a complete professional and does his best managing a large complex. I would rate them four stars only because I do not like the way they do the water bill. But the professionalism and courtesy from the staff makeup for that.
I have lived here 3 years. Transferring to a larger condo at the same complex. I actually enjoy living here for the most part. Only negative was our neighbor across the hall enjoyed smoking pot, so I would smell skunk in the hallway at times. Apartments are large and spacious compared to other properties. Maintenance is awesome. TJ is very friendly and gets the job done efficiently, and does a great job. Luis the manager is also very friendly and professional. It's quiet most of the time. It's nice to see Royale Orleans returning to the beautiful complex we moved into three years ago. The Manager, Ms. Pippin, is very diligent. She tries to solve any problems asap. Our very new, borrowed from another site, maintenance person fixed our door yesterday. It took only ONE day to get the part. Now, the door opens with ease, first time ever. We love living here.
