I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Royal Nail Salon in Maddington. The treatment I received from the staff felt blatantly discriminatory and unprofessional. I walked in and requested a pedicure and was told to return in 30 minutes. Instead of leaving, I chose to wait so I wouldn’t lose my spot. Went to this salon a few days ago and received an overpriced and underwhelming experience. I was charged $100 for a pedicure and manicure - which i usually wouldn’t have a fuss about - except they didn’t finish my manicure, she cut my nails when i had said no, and when asked for clear polish she gave me no polish - just filed and cuticle maintenance and said she was finished.
