I purchased Heavenly Rest Plush mattress BECAUSE Tammy looked me in the eye and reassured me that the mattress I would receive would be exactly like I laid on in their showroom. She also assured me I would NOT feel the springs/coils. I have bought several mattress from other companies so I knew what I DID NOT WANT. Tammy assured me that would not happen. Wish I could give a 0 star service was horrible rude people all i wanted was a nice mattress and i was treated like a toddler for 2 hours while they tried to sell me every other mattress in the store aside from the one i said i wanted. Do Not Buy from here.
I actually found out about Royale Komfort from one of their big box 'competitors' but there was no competiton. I needed a simple pillow top twin for an outdoor, but covered, daybed. BigBox wanted $450ish and I just didnt want to do that since I replace it ever 3 years or so due to exposure to the elements. They told me to check with Royale Komfort and provided great reviews of their stock and custom mattresses.
