Wish I could give a 0 star service was horrible rude people all i wanted was a nice mattress and i was treated like a toddler for 2 hours while they tried to sell me every other mattress in the store aside from the one i said i wanted. Do Not Buy from here.
I actually found out about Royale Komfort from one of their big box 'competitors' but there was no competiton. I needed a simple pillow top twin for an outdoor, but covered, daybed. BigBox wanted $450ish and I just didnt want to do that since I replace it ever 3 years or so due to exposure to the elements. They told me to check with Royale Komfort and provided great reviews of their stock and custom mattresses. Went in here looking for a mattress that was comfy and they exceeded my expectations! They also have a pillow that is sooo comfy and we got our bed frame all at very fair prices!The people that work there are phenomenal!Very nice people and will always have my business!They tell you how every mattress is different and describe very good each one!Thank you guys for all yalls help!The lady at the front desk told me her name but I forgot but she helped us out the most!
