The best gym, amazing culture and all the trainer’s are so knowledgeable. Chantel has trained me through three pregnancies ensuring I was as healthy as possible for the delivery and was essential in ensuring a had an uncomplicated post partum period. Highly recommend!!!
Royale Fitness is a gym I joined almost 10 years ago and it has been so amazing training with knowledgable, experienced, lovely trainers and people. I have learnt so much and my fitness and strength has improved dramatically. Highly recommend if you want a supportive, transformative gym.
I have trained with Royale on and off for 5 years. I left the gym 2-3 times thinking that it was too hard to maintain in my busy working life, but I always found myself returning. I eventually realised by not attending, I found myself going nowhere (often backwards) with my health and fitness goals. I followed a trainer to Royale Fitness from another gym and it has been the best thing I have done! Matt and Tel form interesting and challenging training sessions and are always giving feedback and encouraging members. The mixed classes are awesome, and the womens classes are very inspiring! For me personally it is great that they take my running seriously and help modify weight training to suit my run training and events.
