I don’t usually leave reviews, but after seeing Dr. Wu today 26/2/2026, I felt so upset. When I tried to explain my child's symptoms, I was frequently interrupted before I can even finish my sentence, and the questioning feels abrupt and discourteous. It makes it difficult to communicate properly. She cut me off and rushes me when I was seaking. As I also works in healthcare, I truly believe that listening carefully to patients is essential. I hope Dr. Wu can reflect on this and improve the way he communicates with patients ... read more
