I might be one of the only customers that ends up putting a bad review on this, I bought a Lexus v8 from these guys and the guy who sold me the car was honestly a good dude. But I’m more than certain everyone in the shop knew it was a dud. The car I bought has had nothing but problems since buying it, I’m more than certain they knew about all the things that were going to break down on it as well.
Unfortunately left Royale Cars very disappointed. Made the trip out of town to view a car and was met with a thoroughly arrogant, disinterested owner/sales man. Taking it for a test drive was no problem, but this is where it ended. The price advertised on trademe was not what it was listed for when I got to yard (was told well theres not much in it), and also found a couple of small issues (which were kindly offered to be corrected) but when I offered a lower price to compensate for this was met with "it could be sold to som... read more

Bought my new motorcycle from these guys 😍 They were very accommodating, kept me in the loop consistently and got me my bike just the way I wanted it! I was allowed to test ride a bike, and I was extremely nervous, even to just sit on it because it wasn’t the style I was use to…however they all made me feel comfortable and were very reassuring… great team! I couldn’t have asked for better service I’m glad I didn’t go elsewhere! Also they shared their biscuits and lollies with me 🥰
