The Italian guy he always do my inspection for my cars very nice highly recommended 100%. He is very nice he talk to you nice you take care of you fast I've been doing my inspection for my cars for more than 7 years highly recommended 100%
Terrible experience! Got a referral from Geico to get the inspection’s pictures done. I called and the guy over the phone was rude and didn’t give me the proper information about what he would need to do the job. I drove 45 minutes to this super sketchy place, where looks dangerous and abandoned. Spoke in person with the same guy and he was offensive and rude. Awful customer service. I don't know if it was the owner I encountered ( older man ). He was rude! Didn't say goodafternoon, told me you put my phone into my pocket( it was in my hand as I had the insurance info on the screen that I needed to conduct business) then he just walked away. Needless to say I walked out and took my business elsewhere. He lost business that day and I've never encountered someone tht rude who would even expect someone business. Don't use this place
Horrible customer service, no manners, bad attitudes. Some old guy was there he seemed like he hates what he does, so rude. He needs to retire and let someone else do the job. Don’t go here, is a waste of time. I wish I could give 0 stars.
