I got my starter locs retwisted and it coats $125 even though I have pretty short hair and only needed a retwist. The staff was kind. Though I do feel like my hair wasn’t washed properly and there is a lot of white residue from the retwist that is not going away. Also, I was definitely overcharged. While the quality of work was decent, it was definitely not five star. They did accept walk-ins, so I do have to give them a star solely for that.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because Tina is a great person however you can not allow people under you who do not know what they are doing. If you can't do a service then don't offer it or be honest that you can not do something. Careesha did a quick weave on me and put more glue on my forehead than on the lace. She did not use a cap but paper stripes and only put glue on four corners of my head. If the wind blows it will literally show my braids.
