I don't usually do reviews but this experience was absolutely horrendous. I went for a consultation on 8/14 for loc retwist. I was told by the owner during the consult that it looks like my hair was previously twisted by a left handed person and she is right handed so she has someone that is left handed. She told me that because I went 8 weeks without a retwist she usually charges for " EXTRA CULTIVATION" but she wouldn't charge me this time but if I go that long moving forward it would be an additional fee. It’s disappointing to see that the owner’s attitude hasn’t changed over time. They’ve always come across as snippy and dismissive, which makes the entire experience unpleasant. As a business owner, professionalism and respect should come first, yet that continues to be lacking here. It’s unfortunate because the skill is there, but the attitude continues to overshadow the work. Hopefully, they take this feedback seriously and learn that customer service matters just as much as talent.
