BUYERS BEWARE I purchased a Groupon deal for a massage in June 2023, I never was able to utilize it. Brian is great at responding but horrible about keeping his appointments. Brian will either decide I am not going into work today, emergency in the bay or he is not feeling well and cancel your appointment a day before or hours before your scheduled appointment. I would schedule my time to make his appointment time and then BOOM cancel. Not only on top of that I had to deal with Groupon to get a refund which is a horror story... read more
