SCAM. This company is a scam. I lost $500 , they didn’t showup for inspection and do lousy job, they kept saying the inspection come to do setup for my house but noone showed up. Happened 2 days in a row, i was waiting, no-one informed anything. They tried to get you to deposit $500 (they called it retainer fee) I terminated the process for no-show, i was waiting the entire time. Royal York sent an unqualified man to re-seal my windows because water and ants were getting in even with the windows closed and this man SEALED MY WINDOWS SHUT PERMANENTLY from the inside AND outside of the house!! I have 3 children and if there is a fire, we would all be trapped and die! This is something very, very typical of Royal York!
