The worst company ever! I put in a work order to have my windows sealed since the caulking was old and cracked and water was coming in the closed windows. But instead of hiring an actual window company to come and do the job properly, they sent an old man who had nothing but a caulking gun. He didn't remove the old caulking, he didn't even caulk to window seals, HE CAULKED MY WINDOWS CLOSED PERMANENTLY FROM THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE!!! Please avoid this company. They prioritize taking your money. They automatically deduct expensive fees for cleaning, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors—even when these are already present in the home and clearly communicated to the agenT.
