The ongoing failure by Royal York Property Management to resolve an incorrect charge applied to my account for a cleaning service that was never performed. Which is considered fraud. Despite numerous calls , emails and follow-ups, I have received no resolution. I had a terrible experience with Royal York Property Management - Mississauga. They took my deposit, first and last month’s rent, and then completely disappeared. I never got access to the unit I paid for, and they stopped responding to my messages and calls. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Be very careful if you're thinking about dealing with them. I’m in the process of filing a formal complaint and taking legal action. This company should be held .
