The worst property managment company, Do not believe a word they say when you call for information. The minute, you sign the agreement, you do not hear from them, they charge you for unauthorized maintenance service, increase monthly managment fee and no communications at all. No response to e mails or phone calls. Just extra charges even if the place is vacant and they can not find tenants There are many small property managment companies that they care about owners and tenants.
