York Property has rentals on Medway Rd Arva. The Tennants in the one property decided that the cedar trees on our property were fair game so they delimbed the cedars up a bout 6ft. To do this they had to trespass on our property knowing full well they were on our land. After contacting them they said they would do something to make restitution well that didn't happen. Usually i find tenant my self because of the bad time of the year coudnt find and gave them they didnt explain anything in agreement at 2.3 now trying to charge us it’s completely ridiculous and saying it’s our fault . The Guy made us sign the SAF telling its free
