Very satisfied with the service, responsive and efficient. Nathan (their certified Arborist and estimator for Richmond) identified what needed to be done, knew and communicated Richmond laws effectively; and, also very important, provided a competitive quote. Mickey, the tree faller, and Isaac, the grounds-man, provided the service of cutting of tree & stump removal; and clearing branches overhanging/abutting the house. Thank you.
Hats off again to the crew and team at Royal Wood! They pruned a few huge trees and managed to maneuver their way around a challenging space in the garden full of tropicals , fish pond etc. Did a fantastic job pruning and cleanup! I have been using Royal Wood for approximately 20 years from hedge and stump removal to pruning. Highly recommend this company!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Without warning a large tree branch came crashing into our yard from our neighbours' property. It turned out to be Royal Wood. There was no guide line tied to the branch, no notice they were doing work next to our property. The young guy up the tree was polite but the young women on the ground is way too mouthy. They came out in the rain, smiles on their faces, ready to remove some really big branches. They arrived on time, discussed our needs and did a great job. The guys were very mindful of our of gardens and so as not to break any delicate plants, guided some of the bigger limbs out of the way as the ropes lowered them to the ground. They cleaned up the site removing all traces of any branches/debris. Well done boys, so happy with outcome! Would definitely recommend!
