Super happy with the work
Royal Windows are wonderful! The owner is wonderful and always listens to my needs. I had an issue with one blind and they were there the next day fixing it! Highly recommend!
Very disappointed in owner Rich. Was told back in November of 2015 he would install window treatments for my small business. I should of known when the first meeting he never showed. Since then it has been a cat and mouse game. He has been too busy in Florida to come back and install the window treatment. I have called weekly sometimes 3 times a week and no phone call back. If I did reach him he would promise to come out, but we are in April and I do not have my custom blinds up! Buyer beware. He is not a stand up guy and on... read more
