customer The staff is great, I love them, they remember me everytime I come in I feel welcomed! My laundry comes back sparkling clean, although the new location isn't as inviting the results and prices are still the same! But as they say beauty isn't everything , ill always come back here!

Good job I've used Royal White dry cleaners several times and they have always done a great job. They are also very nice to me when I come.

Royal white sucks This place is horrendous!! The staff there seem bitter and bored and complain pretty much about everything. Moreover, they are rude when you are the last one there.. One of the guys who was "in charge" of the place was drunk out of his wits when I went there last year a few days before thanksgiving.. For your laundry needs go to the place at the corner of elm and somerville ave. the dryers are free if u wash with them. sd

be careful - people steal laundry here! Last weekend I had so many loads of laundry to do that I opted to do them at Royal White instead of in the two coin-op machines in my basement. Well, it was a fine experience until I realized that someone swiped a whole load of my towels and took them home! I lost about 6 towels. I wasn't standing right in front of my dryers watching them spin around, so perhaps it my fault for leaving them "unattended" - but I was in the room, just sitting and reading until my dryers were done!
