Worst experience ever! Waited for over 1 hour and they kept sending other patients … even patients were noticing that I have been waiting longer. Poor management and worst behaviour.
They need 0 STAR. Receptionist was so RUDE. I got reminder call for my upcoming appointment schedule at 4PM and receptionist told me that I've to wait for 1-2hours till my turn comes (understandable if it is 15-20mins). I asked her what is the point of booking an appointment and to cancel it. But it seems like nobody had taught her manner of how to talk with patients. Amazing experience. Dr. Tejpal was amazing.
This is one of the worst clinic to attend. It is run by poor management who only cares about collecting monetary funds for any services provided. They charge unreasonable amount for any sort of medical forms. This terrible service was previously provided at their other branch (Royal West Medical Centre). Management needs to do better and provide more patient oriented care instead of being excessively greedy. 1 star rating is even excessive for this clinic. d.r gargis is so nice and she is friendly .She is very good and works very well without any side effects. This is the second time I've done botox and filler.i am highly recommend it .
