Overwhelmed! Not sure what to do! They came in and evaluated the situation, gave me options and handled the situation professionally. The technicians were empathetic about the damage and loss of my items. They answered any questions that came up during process. They made sure to protect the doorways to the house to prevent the cleaning solutions to affect the home upstairs. Satisfied with the work. When the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves and walked thru the areas to ensure satisfaction.
Had a true basement disaster with torrential downpour for days and failing sump pumps. Water rose quick and sent me into true panic mode. David was referred to me and showed up the next morning with Vasili, literally hand baled water out of the basement to get to sump pump. Brought in all his drying equipment and set it up. He called an amazing plumber, Mohamed from Mr Rooter who installed a new pump and fixed the other. I was so blown away by the care and professionalism of all these men. They went above and beyond. The workers were polite and showed respect for the property. They were professional in every way. This was quite a relief during a rather stressful time. I would recommend Royal.
When I arrived home to find water pouring down on my first floor and my ceiling collapsed, I didn't know where to begin. A neighbor gave me David's number and after we spoke I felt like everything was going to be ok. Royal does impeccable work. My home was quickly dry and mold and dust free. I hope you never have this experience, but if you do call Royal! They'll take care of you.
Great services - fast to respond and quick to start ….keep me informed throughout the process . Was able to modify some of the work to accommodate for my older mother to remain in the house . Worked well with my insurance company…. Thank you
