Service representative did not order the parts I needed. At the time, my car was under warranty. I learned he walked out this week when I called for an update. I asked to speak to the service Mgr. He was "busy". Every time I visited this dept., I never saw the service Mgr. at the counter, especially when people were lined up for help. Office was always dark.
